The Kingwood Garden Club have awarded the beautiful garden at the Kingwood Post Office their Community Enhancement Award for the month of March. Define the word 'Community' and the beautification project at the Kingwood Post Office overwhelmingly qualifies. The project was spearheaded by Nancy Giffhorn, President of the Kingwood Garden Club. Through her endeavors she was able to bring together The Hi Neighbor Club, The Girl and Boy Scouts, Judy Black's Kappa Kappa Gamma Club, the donated help of GM Landscaping Company and of course the staff at the Post Office to bring this beautification project to fruitions.
